One day, someone came up with the idea of forming their own football club.
The problem was there was no place for the children to play soccer on. The villagers laughed at them.
The children decided to build their own soccer pitch! They collected old pieces of wood and empty barrels. They put them together using hammers and nails.
They could play soccer at last!
They had to try to keep the ball from dropping into the sea. They had to avoid protruding nails. They learned to control the ball very well.
They won many soccer competitions.
