Use Tiny Habits to Change Behaviour




In line with the re-kickstart of my 30-day challenge, I stumbled upon this TEDxTalk by BJ Fogg.

My takeaways on cultivating new habits and changing behaviour:
  • Break down task into simple and digestible steps. Eg, do 2 push-ups at a time.
  • Find a trigger (an existing habit) to execute the step. Eg, do 2 push-ups each time after peeing (to achieve 50 push-ups in a day).
  • Celebrate after each execution!
